This summer CSU students have been given one assignment: read Brent Crowe’s Chasing Elephants: Wrestling with the Gray Areas of Life. I’d like to offer one additional — optional – assignment. Before you open your book, take a couple minutes to close your eyes and pray. Speak to God and ask for him to guide you as you read, learn and, for some, begin a spiritual journey.
What is prayer?
In short, prayer is a conversation with God. True prayer is honest, humble and personal.

We restructured our media and marketing efforts in August 2009. In the Fall 2010, we launched our social media marketing arms at CSU — Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and YouTube.
Good news: In 10 months we have reached 1,873 “friends” on Facebook, 673 followers on Twitter and 2,200 people through or Linked In network.
